Application Programming Interface
Connect your tools. Lose the spreadsheets.
No spreadsheets shuttling numbers between apps, no third-party middleware to license or trust, and the hours your team spends rekeying and reconciling handed back to the business.
How we do it
From scattered tools to one connected business.
What changes
Less admin, fewer errors, one version of the truth.

Systems in sync
Your finance, sales and operations tools stay aligned automatically, so a change in one shows up everywhere.
No more re-keying
Data moves between apps on its own, so nobody is copying numbers across or chasing exports.
Secure by design
Every connection is authenticated, encrypted and least-privilege, so data only moves where it should.
Built to scale
Connections sit on a managed gateway, ready for new apps and feeds without a rebuild.
Real-time or batch
Connections fire the instant something happens, or run to a schedule, whichever the process needs.
Full visibility
Every integration is monitored end to end, with an alert the moment one fails.
Under the bonnet
The three components doing the real work.
Behind every connection sit three pieces. Two are standard Microsoft components, the custom connector and Power Automate, and one lives on the system you're connecting to. None of them are bespoke or rented. Together they are what move your data safely from one system to the next.
API Developer Apps
A registered application on the system you're connecting to, your Xero, Stripe or Shopify, with its own secure credentials.
It's the authorised identity that lets two systems trust each other and exchange data, the handshake every integration depends on. Nothing moves without it.
Custom Connectors
The bridge we build between the Microsoft platform and each system's API.
It translates that system's language into something the platform understands, and defines exactly which actions and data are available, so Power Automate and Power Apps can read and write to it as if it were native.
Power Automate
Microsoft's workflow engine, part of the Power Platform.
It's the conductor. It runs the connectors on a schedule or a trigger, moves the data in the right order, handles retries and exceptions, and logs every run, all without anyone pressing a button.

Get started!
Bring us one connection that drains your week, the export you rebuild every month, the figures you rekey between two systems, the app that never talks to the rest, and we'll show you what it looks like flowing on its own.
Built and run by chartered professionals, the people who'll do the work, not a sales team.
